Social Care Solutions is part of the Care Solutions Group. The Group's head office is in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. It houses 25 management and administration staff who support our network of branch offices, homes and Supported Living schemes.
Mark Constant, who is the Managing Director, has more than 20 years' experience in commercial management, 14 of which have been within the social care sector.
We have an extremely robust and award-winning recruitment and training system. Support Workers at all levels undergo a rigorous interviewing and checking procedure, which includes full referencing and enhanced CRB and POVA checks.
Staff also undertake one of the care sector's most comprehensive training programmes, which includes an intensive seven day in-house training course and several days of mentoring. Our Support Workers are specially selected for their enthusiasm and dedication, and are highly motivated to make a positive difference to the individuals in our care.
