This new scheme comprises a four-bedroom detached property in a quiet residential area in Werrington, Peterborough. There are nearby bus links to the city centre.

There is a large lounge and dining room, a good-sized fitted kitchen and an enclosed rear garden. One of the bedrooms has en-suite facilities and there is a large communal bathroom.

As a Supported Living scheme each Service User has an individual assured tenancy. Social Care Solutions provides an appropriate level of support to each individual as detailed in his or her regularly reviewed person-centred support plan.

We encourage and empower individuals to develop their social and life skills in order to live as independently as possible. We also provide encouragement and support for the achievement of each Service User's aspirations and goals; in education, employment and in their personal lives.
