Birch House
Birch House is a six-bedroom Supported Living scheme that offers the ideal transition to more independent Supported Living, such as a flat or a smaller shared house.
Within Birch House, each Service User has an individual assured tenancy and is supported in their day-to-day lives by a dedicated support team that includes sleep-in arrangements.
The focus of care at Birch House is on developing social and life skills for more independent living. There is a 'training flat' within the property where Service Users learn skills such as budgeting, shopping, food preparation and day-to-day home management.
This warm and inviting detached property is set back from a main road near Bedford town centre. There is on-site parking for several vehicles and a large and secure rear garden.
Each of the large double bedrooms has full en-suite facilities. The house has three large reception rooms, a conservatory and additional communal bathrooms.
